how we work

The essential kick-off point is understanding the desired business outcomes and specific results that you aim to achieve. From there, we carefully assess current competence and capabilities to identify areas of focus. A standard approach so far (though our clients love how well we get to understand their world).

Here is where we are a little different from the rest. After this pivotal assessment, we design what we refer to as the Capability Development Solution, which is where it really gets transformative. We deploy what we call a ‘mindset2skillset applied development’ approach, which seamlessly integrates the necessary mindset shifts with practical skillset-building methods. Now in a bit more detail…

diagnose

Of course, the essential kick-off point is an accurate Diagnosis.  We dig deep to clearly understand: the actual business outcomes being sought, the sales or leadership capability enhancements required to achieve those outcomes, as well as the current state of the sales or leadership business capability.  If needed, we have a suite of assessment tools to get this right.

Doing Diagnosis well, we can then Develop the capability development solution, and here is where it really gets interesting and transformative. We deploy what we call a ‘mindset2skillset applied development’ approach, which seamlessly integrates the necessary mindset shifts alongside practical skill-building.

deliver

Our workshops are always designed to bring the clients business world to life in the room. Our experienced Facilitators introduce new concepts, tools, skills and Mindift Modules that are then bought to life though experiential application to real world situations through exercises, simulations and RealPlays.

By the time your people leave our workshops, they have already changed. They have already grown.

But we are not done yet. Studies, and real life, have shown that the single most important element of any training is not how great the workshop or intervention is, but what happens afterwards. We invest heavily here too, working with key stakeholders to co-create the right follow up and steps to ensure workshop learning transforms into new workplace habits.
